Sunlight Cabs is a premium private-driver service based in Marne-la-Vallée — Paris airports, Disneyland Paris, Versailles. It is a new kind of One Person Company: one driver, surrounded by “digital employees” — autonomous AI agents running the back office. GEOVTC is its AI architect-orchestrator: platform, agents and order-flow process design.
The problem
In private transport, clients book directly with the operator responsible for the ride. An independent chauffeur must therefore handle everything alone: quotes, confirmations, flight tracking, follow-ups — and every ride he cannot take is a lost or disappointed client.
What GEOVTC put in place
- Bilingual multi-booking platform with firm pricing: the ride, and everything around it — in-trip meal options, shopping routes, sightseeing tours. Every trip becomes an upsell and cross-sell opportunity.
- Digital employees: autonomous AI agents run the booking systems and flight tracking in the back office — confirmations, notifications and follow-ups without human intervention.
- Multi-operator orchestration: when Sunlight Cabs cannot take a ride, its agents reroute it to GEOVTC, which redistributes it to partner operators. The client is served — and Sunlight Cabs earns a 5% commission on the rerouted ride.
- Agentic RAG: internal knowledge (procedures, routes, client preferences) is capitalized and served to the agents — every ride enriches the next.
- Agentic MDM: first production instance of GEOVTC's master repository — governing the agents, the service catalogue and options, with identities and permissions.
- Sovereign infrastructure: containers on European cloud, continuous deployment, GDPR by design.
